Q: What are you personal health and fitness goals?
Chelle: Maintain or improve upon current level of weight loss or fitness. Bike in Italy next year with Brian!
Q: What ONE thing keeps you most focused and motivated to continue to work hard to reach your goals?
Chelle: Being able to wear the clothes I want to wear.
Q: Can you tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got started with us?
Chelle: I was at a low point in terms of weight and fitness and I saw a FGNW post. Kind of a "hand of God" thing!
Q: How has FitGirls NW made a difference in your life?
Chelle: I feel strong which is new for me (I've weighed this before but have not been this strong) but better than that has been the opportunity to gain the friendship of some awesome women!
Q: What would you say to someone on the fence about making a change & committing to their goals?
Chelle: Don't be stared. Feeling badly about yourself is scarier than working out.
Q: What's the one thing in your life that has changed the most since you've joined our program?
Chelle: I can manage my "post Trump" anxiety without alcohol.
Q: If a friend was thinking about joining and asked you about FitGirls NW, what would you say?
Chelle: Try it for a month and you'll be hooked!
